Manish Garg
Manish Garg’s journey from a seasoned corporate professional to the founder of PMCBS is a testament to his vision and dedication. With a solid academic foundation and extensive industry experience, Manish has shaped a remarkable career.
For 15 years, Manish excelled in various roles at Punj Lloyd, Emaar India, ICICI Bank, and Wonder Cement, gaining expertise in infrastructure development, residential and commercial projects, financial management, and sales and marketing.
In 2014, he founded PMCBS to address the industry’s need for better project management and quality assurance.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Manish has built PMCBS into a trusted name in the AEC industry. His leadership ensures seamless operations and outstanding service delivery, making PMCBS synonymous with innovation and reliability.
Nirmal Satsangi
Nirmal Satsangi, brings over 38 years of expertise in water resource management.
His notable projects include Mahi Bajaj Sagar Dam Project and the Bisalpur Dam Project, demonstrating his ability to tackle complex challenges effectively.
His deep-rooted knowledge and hands-on experience drive our commitment to delivering sustainable solutions for water management challenges. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of water resource management at PMCBS.
Anshu Garg
Anshu’s journey with PMCBS is marked by vision and dedication. Joining in 2014 to oversee Accounts and Finance, she aimed to leverage her academic qualifications and passion to drive the company’s success.
As PMCBS looks to the future, Anshu’s dedication and forward-thinking approach continue to inspire the team, ensuring the company remains a leader in the AEC industry.
Krishna Gajrani
Krishna Kumar Gajrani is an accomplished transportation expert with over 12 years of professional experience including research on transport sustainability. He has led the planning and designing of several landmark infrastructure projects of Highway developments across India.
Krishna holds a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from SGSITS Indore in collaboration with CSIR-CRRI New Delhi and has published research in internationally reputed journals including the ICE (UK).
His portfolio includes critical contributions to the development of expressways, economic corridors, feasibility/DPR studies and airport designs in India and overseas
Sudhir Bhayana
Sudhir Bhayana is a skilled Civil Engineer with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering and a dedicated team member at PMCBS. With a strong foundation in structural design, Sudhir contributes significantly to the delivery of complex projects. His expertise ensures structural integrity, safety, and efficiency in a wide range of developments including highway designs

Bhagyashree Sethi
Bhagyashree has over 14 years of diverse experience in infrastructure consulting, with proven expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, HR delivery systems, tender management, and business development. She has worked extensively across the Roads, Metro, and Water sectors, playing a key role in the coordination and management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Her strategic approach and deep industry knowledge make her a valuable asset in driving project and organizational success.
Sunny Porwal
Sunny Porwal, our seasoned expert in Master planning of Drainage, Sewerage & water Supply Infrastructure Projects.
Sunny’s key contributions include the master planning of new schemes in Delhi, covering over 36,000 hectares of land for providing sewerage networks, water supply, and solid waste management.
His leadership and technical prowess drive the successful execution of complex projects, making him an invaluable asset to the PMCBS team. His commitment to excellence ensures that each project meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Prem Suthar
Prem’s expertise spans multiple domains critical to our project success, making him a vital asset to our team.
He excels in design management, high-rise and infrastructure projects, CETP and STPs, and MEPF designs. His extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every design is not only innovative but also practical and sustainable.
His journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in various design aspects, allowing him to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the rigorous demands of the industry. Bhupender Singh
Bhupendra, brings a wealth of expertise to PMCBS, playing a crucial role in managing contracts, tenders, and bids for EPC and turnkey projects.
His leadership in contract management and his ability to navigate complex project requirements make him a pivotal member of the PMCBS team, driving excellence and innovation in every project he undertakes.
His proficiency extends to coordinating with various stakeholders on new infrastructure developments, including industrial estates, MSME parks, and high-rise commercial and residential projects.
Rajat Singh Tanwar
Rajat’s professional journey spans diverse sectors of infrastructure development, including ropeways. stormwater drainage, sewerage, and integrated water supply systems. He has played a key role in large-scale master planning initiatives and has been instrumental in transforming conceptual designs into functional, on-ground realities.
